Please join us for a virtual trauma informed mental health and wellness check in. Have space held for you in non-judgment, honesty and support. This virtual space is a moment to connect with self and others. We will engage in breath work, conversation/writing prompts, and sharing(listening and talking only when/if you want) . Mental health screenings are available. Practical tools for rest, recovery, and alignment with values will be taught and practiced. DBT skills will be used all grounded in culturally specific values.

Join us for one week or every week in June 2025.
